Salon Policy
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products, services, or gift certificates. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to the owner for a correction. Products can be exchanged for something different if you are unsatisfied with the product.
Children Policy:
Only children receiving a service are allowed in the salon. Under supervised children are not welcome in the salon. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult and be able to sit quietly and entertain themselves. There are dangerous chemicals, hot tools, and sharp utensils that can seriously injure someone. BK Beauty LLC is not responsible for children that are injured by not following our salon policy. If you, and/or anyone accompanying you breaks anything in the salon, you will be financially responsible.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift certificates can be used on all services and products. Gift certificates cannot be refunded for any reason. Gift certificates can be transferred to other people. Gift certificates are kept on file in our computer system. If you lose your gift certificate, please reach out to the owner for assistance.
Late Policy:
There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. The stylist might not have the necessary time to accommodate you. Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Please allow at minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows our stylists to fill your spot with someone else. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will owe a cancellation fee before you can book another appointment. If you no-show, you will owe the full price of your service, and the stylist may not want to keep you as a client. .
